for our young golfers 4 to 18 years old
Encourage and remind your kids by "giving back" to kids less fortunate. Help kids celebrate, feel encouraged and rewarded for their
successes on the golf course in 2011. For the fourth year in a row, Kyle Lograsso
- the gifted 8 year old with a passion for golf who lost his left eye to cancer in 2004 - is providing you with
an opportunity to make every par-or-better hole scored by your kids, playing in the
US Kids Tour, count towards something truly memorable and meaningful

The Process is simple
- Click on "SIGN UP" button to get started
- Register your kid and select a charity for your kid to play for
- Pledge a few cents for each par-or-better hole your selected kid scores this year
- Encourage family, friends and peers to help celebrate your kid's golf successes by sponsoring him/her and also pledging a few cents on his/her behalf
- ParsforCharity Staff will enter all your kid's US Kids 2010 scores
- The GolfChamp Databank does all the calculations and tracking for you and reports what you and other sponsors owe on your kid's behalf 24/7. Select "Results"
- At end of this year's ParsforKids golfathon, you contribute your total pledge to the local chapter of your selected charity
- The charity returns a receipt for your tax purposes.
The 2010 ParsforKids Lograsso Challenge is also individual and team competition for prizes,
bragging rights and trophies. Click on the "Prizes" link for more details.
To kickstart the fundraising process, a few local parents are also pledging a few cents on each kids behalf,
up to a maximum of $2,000 so far, for every par-or-better point scored by all registered kids. Please visit our
"Sponsors" page. They strongly believe that we need to remind our junior participants - just how - fortunate they are
to be be able to enjoy all the great benefits that golf brings on a regular basis.

The 2011 ParsforKids Golfathon Challenge uses the GolfChamp Databank
which also tracks your child's golf performances on the, "US Kids Golf Tour",
for each hole played. GolfChamp provides tools to track their performance on tee shots, approach shots,
and putting. This service can show your child's progress and areas for improvement for either each round or from year to year.
A great benefit for those children looking for scholarships or a leg up on improving their games.
The GolfChamp golf databank service answers such questions as:
- How does your child’s game compare to others of similar age and golf ability?
- How is your child performing on Par 3’s, 4’s, 5’s?
- Should your child focus on improving putting, approaches, or tee shots?
